C-type equipment clamp consists of C-type pieces with end, hinge blocks and bolt for the connection between equipment and conductor. According to GB / T1196 standard, it is made of a special alloy conductive material, coated with strong power compound grease of anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation and hydrophobic and conductive performance and can make good contact on conductors of different materials. C-type equipment clamp is made by overall extrusion, compared with the traditional equipment clamp, it can resolve problems such as copper to aluminum welding positin easily broken, easy corrosion and heating problems. Its advanced articulated structure realize labor-saving which greatly reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency. Force and pressure are in different directions which greatly reduces the impact of human factors in installation.
C-type equipment clamp composition: C-type shell, hinge block, stainless steel screw, stainless steel nut, stainless steel spring gasket, stainless steel flat gasket.
◆Specificatoin selection: Find corresponding conductor sizes on the specification selection table. The main line is in the abscissa axis, the branch line is in vertical axis. The clamp in the position where the two axes intersect is the suitable specificaton for this connection( pay attention to selection based on conductors of different materials ).
◆ Determin the conductor size: C type clamp is designed to meet the coordination between conductors of different diameters. Articulated pieces on both sides of the arc have different sizes, large arc with large wires, small arc with small wires.
◆Insert the wire into the C-shaped housing trunk and insert into the arched block (the hinge block is not separated, the bow is outward) according to the conductor size. Then insert the screw from the back of the C-shell so that the screw is in the middle of the top of the hinge block; screw the nut, tighten the bolt with a wrench, and flatten the conductor.
◆Insure the completion of installation: tighten the bolt and the last few screws should have a clear sense of force; flat the hinge block to withstand the C-type shell. C-type shell should be slightly deformed, these two conductors should not move or turn by hand pulling after the completion of the installation.
